上海市社区康复机构精神分裂症患者就业需求情况调查

Investigation on the occupational needs of patients with mental disorders and their families in community rehabilitation institutions

目的了解上海市社区康复机构精神分裂症患者就业需求情况,为制定科学有效的职业康复策略提供参考。方法采用整群抽样方法,选取上海市静安区3家社区康复机构中符合纳入标准和排除标准的52例精神分裂症患者为调查对象。采用问卷调查对精神分裂症患者就业需求情况。结果认为工作很重要的患者占59.62%,想要一份工作的患者占67.31%;希望从事服务类工作的患者占65.38%,期望月收入为1000~3000元的患者占67.31%;希望通过工作获得薪酬的患者占48.08%。结论社区康复机构中的许多精神分裂症患者认为工作很重要,但主观能动性不强、自信心不足、自我评价较低,需要加强对其进行心理疏导和社会康复训炼。

Objective To know the employment needs of schizophrenics in community rehabilitation institutions,and provide reference for formulating scientific and effective occupational rehabilitation strategies.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select 52 schizophrenic patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from 3community rehabilitation institutions in Jing'an District,Shanghai City.A questionnaire was used to analyze the employment needs of schizophrenic patients.Results There were 59.62% of patients believed that work was important,and 67.31% of patients wanted a job.65.38% of patients liked to engage in service work,and 67.31% of patients expected a monthly income of 1 000 to 3 000 yuan.There were 48.08% of patients working mainly for salary and benefits.Conclusion Many schizophrenics in community rehabilitation institutions believe that work is important,but their subjective initiative and self-confidence are insufficient.Their self-evaluation is low.It is necessary strengthen psychological counseling and social rehabilitation exercises.
