绍兴市脑卒中障碍患者健康水平及影响因素分析

Analysis of health level and influencing factors of stroke disorder patients in Shaoxing City

目的探讨绍兴市脑卒中障碍患者健康水平,分析影响因素。方法采用分层抽样方法选取2022年3月—2022年12月绍兴市258例脑卒中障碍患者,根据是否有并发症分为并发组(n=84)及未并发组(n=174)。比较两组患者健康水平、自我效能、日常生活能力,并进行相关性及logistic回归分析。结果患者健康水平与自我效能及日常生活能力均呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。SF-36、SSEQ及ADL评分较低、年龄较高、患病年限较长、文化程度较低、居住地在农村均为患者有并发症的影响因素。结论绍兴市脑卒中患者整体健康水平较低,需根据患者实际情况进行有针对性的干预,以期提高患者自我效能和健康水平。

Objective To explore the health level of stroke patients in Shaoxing City,and analyze the relevant influencing factors.Methods 258 patients with stroke disorders in Shaoxing City from March,2022 to December,2022 were selected by stratified sampling,and they were divided into concurrent group(n=84) and non-concurrent group(n=174)according to whether they had complications.The fitness level,self-efficacy and daily living ability of two groups were compared,and correlation and regression analysis were performed.Results There was positive correlation between health level,and self-efficacy and daily living ability(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that lower scores of SF-36,SSEQ and ADL,older age,longer years of illness,lower education level and rural residence were the influencing factors of adverse complications of the patients.Conclusion The overall health level of stroke patients in Shaoxing City is low,and corresponding targeted interventions need to be made according to the actual situation of patients,in order to improve patients' self-efficacy and improve their health.
