三维质量结构理论结合精益化管理模式的口腔器械消毒效果评价

Evaluation of disinfection effect of oral instruments based on three-dimensional quality structure theory combined with lean management mode

摘要 目的分析三维质量结构理论结合精益化管理模式在口腔器械消毒过程中应用的必要性,探寻口腔器械消毒的新模式。方法采用简单随机抽样法选取260件口腔器械,采用随机数表法将其分为两组,每组130件。对照组采取常规管理模式,观察组采取三维质量结构理论结合精益化管理模式,比较2种管理模式的应用效果。结果观察组口腔器械区域划分、清洗、消毒、存放、包装及回收评分均高于对照组,口腔器械灭菌合格率高于对照组,口腔器械损耗率及灭菌管理问题发生率低于对照组,医护人员器械消毒满意率高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于三维质量结构理论的精益化管理模式有利于改善口腔器械清洗消毒质量与效果、提升医护人员器械使用满意率,是一套科学、可行的管理模式。 Objective To analyze the necessity of the application of three-dimensional quality structure theory combined with lean management mode in the disinfection process of oral instruments,and to explore a new mode of disinfection of oral instruments.Methods A total of 260 dental instruments were selected by simple random sampling method and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 130 instruments in each group.The control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the observation group adopted the three-dimensional quality structure theory combined with the lean management mode to compare the application effects of the two management modes.Results The scores of regional division,cleaning,disinfection,storage,packaging and recycling of oral instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the qualified rate of sterilization of oral instruments was higher than that in the control group,the loss rate of oral instruments and the incidence of sterilization management problems were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of disinfection of medical staff instruments was higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The lean management mode based on the three-dimensional quality structure theory is conducive to improving the quality and effect of cleaning and disinfection of oral instruments and improving the satisfaction rate of medical staff.It is a scientific and feasible management mode.
