Investigation on the current situation of professional practice ability of preventive medicine based on output orientation

目的基于产出导向理念,分析预防医学专业实践教学与实践需求脱节的主要原因,并从产出视角凝练预防医学专业人才所需的核心技能,以期进一步完善预防医学实践教学体系。结果65.35%的预防医学专业实习生/毕业生和60.76%的实践带教教师认为预防医学生的专业实践能力与用人单位实际需求存在脱节情况。70.87%的实习生/毕业生和70.89%的实践带教教师认为实践教学体系建设改革中可能会遇到的阻力来自预防医学专业学生自身对教学改革是否有积极的态度。结论预防医学实践课程设置不够系统,预防医学生的专业实践知识不足,医学院校实践教学培养模式中存在理论与实践脱节问题。

Objective Based on the concept of Outcome-based Education, to analyze the main reasons for the disconnection between the practical teaching of preventive medicine specialty and the practical demand, and summarize the core skill requirements of preventive medicine professionals from the perspective of output, so as to further improve the practical teaching system of preventive medicine. Results 65.35% of preventive medicine students and 60.76% of practice instructors believed that there was a disconnect between the professional practice ability of preventive medicine students and the actual needs of employers. 70.87% preventive medicine students and 70.89% practice instructors believed that the risistance might be encounted in the reform of practical teaching system construction comed from whether preventive medicine students had a positive attitude towards teaching reform. Conclusion Preventive medicine practice curriculum is not systematic, and preventive medicine students lack professional practice knowledge. There is disconnection between theory and practice in the practice teaching and training mode of medical colleges.
