摘要
健康中国建设是全面提升国民身体健康的重要战略,营养和食品安全关乎人民身体健康和生命安全,是健康中国建设的重要内容。疾病预防控制中心作为营养与食品卫生工作的重要阵地,应坚持需求导向原则,积极思考健康中国背景下营养与食品卫生学科建设的内涵和建设思路,凝练能适应社会发展需求和卫生发展需要的学科发展方向,以及能契合营养与食品卫生发展变化的任务重点;坚持问题导向原则,提出能够针对性解决当前学科建设存在问题的有效措施。加强疾病预防控制中心营养与食品卫生学科建设、能力建设,对推动疾病预防控制中心发展、促进营养与食品卫生事业高质量发展、推进健康中国战略实施具有积极意义。
The construction of Healthy China is an important strategy to comprehensively improve national health.Nutrition and food safety is related to people's health and life safety, which is one of the important contents of the construction of Healthy China. As an important front of nutrition and food hygiene work, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) should adhere to the demand-oriented principle, actively think about the connotation and construction ideas of nutrition and food hygiene discipline construction under the background of Healthy China,condenses the discipline development direction that can meet the needs of social development and health development,and the task focus that can meet the development and change of nutrition and food hygiene;adhere to the problem-oriented principle, put forward effective measures to solve the problems existing in the current discipline construction.Strengthening the discipline construction and capacity building of nutrition and food hygiene in CDC, which is positive significance for promoting the development of CDC, promoting the high-quality development of nutrition and food hygiene, and promoting the implementation of the strategy of Healthy China.
