摘要
针对目前在金相试样制备过程中存在的制备成本高、效率低、质量不稳定等问题,创新设计一种金相试样自动切割机。结合金相试样的制备过程,明确金相试样自动切割机的加工路线,确定总体布局,然后进行关键零部件的结构设计。运用三维建模软件,完成试样自动切割机的整体结构设计。该结构能够实现自动上下料切割,提高加工效率,为金相试样切割机的优化和改进提供新思路。
Aiming at the problems of high cost,low efficiency and unstable quality in the process of metallographic sample preparation,an automatic cutting machine for metallographic sample was designed.According to the preparation process of metallographic sample,the processing route of automatic cutting machine for metallographic sample is defined,the overall layout is determined,and then the structural design of key components is carried out.Three-dimensional modeling software is used to complete the overall structure design of the sample automatic cutting machine,which can realize automatic loading and unloading cutting,improve the processing efficiency,and provide a new idea for the optimization and improvement of the metallographic sample cutting machine in the future.
