音轮磨削变形控制研究

摘要 音轮类零件材质具有导磁性,其结构中含有沿圆周均匀分布的悬臂或齿,装配在发动机动力涡轮轴上。当发动机工作时,音轮会随着涡轮轴一起高速旋转,其悬臂或齿部分正对传感器的测量端。音轮的使用场合决定了零件的设计精度要求高,但零件自身的结构特征导致其在加工过程中存在磨削变形的问题。文章分析音轮磨削变形的原因,改进加工工艺,保证零件的加工精度。 The phonic wheel parts have magnetic conductivity,part structure have cantilever.It is assembled on the turbine shaft of the engine.When the engine is working,the phonic wheel will rotate at high speed with the turbine shaft.The cantilever of the phonic wheel face the measuring end of the sensor.The use of the sound wheel determines that the design accuracy of the parts is high,but the structural characteristics of the parts themselves lead to the problem of grinding deformation in the process of processing.This paper analyzes the causes of grinding deformation of sound wheel,improves the processing technology,and ensures the machining accuracy of parts.
