摘要 深入探讨非标设备在自动焊接工艺中的应用,特别强调其在工业制造行业中的重要性。非标设备与可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)系统和计算机数控(Computer Numerical Control,CNC)系统等先进控制系统的融合,显著提升了焊接过程的精度和一致性。通过实际案例,展示了非标设备如何有效提高焊接效率和质量,以及如何控制焊接变形和精确执行复杂焊接任务。研究结果证明,非标设备的应用在工业制造中起到了关键作用,为增强市场竞争力提供了必要的技术支持。 The application of non-standard equipment in automatic welding process is discussed,especially its importance in industrial manufacturing industry is emphasized.The integration of non-standard equipment with advanced Control systems such as Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)system and Computer Numerical Control(CNC)system significantly improves the accuracy and consistency of the welding process.Through practical cases,it shows how non-standard equipment can effectively improve welding efficiency and quality,and how to control welding deformation and accurately perform complex welding tasks.The research results prove that the application of non-standard equipment plays a key role in industrial manufacturing and provides the necessary technical support for the promotion of market competitiveness.
