随钻冲激声源深探测接收换能器参数模拟

摘要 近年来,随钻冲激声源深探测技术成为石油钻井领域的重要技术之一。接收换能器是随钻冲激声源深探测仪器的重要组成部分,其接收灵敏度不仅影响冲激声源深探测数据的准确性,还影响钻井、测井的可靠性。基于此,文章从接收换能器的结构参数入手,利用有限元分析法,研究了圆形叠片压电换能器结构参数的变化对其接收灵敏度的影响规律。研究表明:增加换能器半径可以增大灵敏度平均值;压电陶瓷片厚度越大灵敏度越高;金属基片厚度变化对灵敏度影响不大。期望本研究的数值模拟计算可为冲激声源深探测接收换能器设计、研制提供技术数据和参考。 In recent years,the deep detection technology of impulse sound source while drilling is one of the important technologies in the field of oil drilling.The receiving transducer is an important part of the instrument for deep probe of impulse sound source while drilling.The receiving sensitivity not only affects the accuracy of the data of deep probe of impulse sound source,but also affects the reliability of drilling and logging.Based on this,the influence of the structural parameters of the circular laminated piezoelectric transducer on its receiving sensitivity is studied by using finite element analysis.The results show that increasing the radius of the transducer can increase the average sensitivity.The higher the thickness of piezoelectric ceramic,the higher the sensitivity.The thickness of metal substrate has little effect on the sensitivity.It is expected that the numerical simulation calculation in this study can provide technical data and reference for the design and development of receiving transducer for deep detection of impulse sound source.
