磨煤机拉杆磨损及快速更换研究

ZGM95G型中速辊式磨煤机的拉杆在磨损后需要及时更换,针对拉杆的更换方法进行探讨和研究,提出一种快速省力的更换工装,并对其设计与应用过程进行分析。同时,为了从根本上解决磨煤机拉杆磨损更换频繁的问题,分析磨煤机使用过程中拉杆上部端头连接螺纹部分极易发生磨损变形甚至产生断裂现象的原因,并提出改进建议。

The pull rod of ZGM95G medium speed roller mill needs to be replaced in time after wear.This paper discusses and studies the replacement method of pull rod,puts forward a fast and labor-saving tool,and analyzes its design and application process.At the same time,in order to fundamentally solve the problem of frequent wear and replacement of the tie rod of the mill,the reasons why the thread part of the upper end of the tie rod is prone to wear and deformation or even fracture during the use of the mill are analyzed,and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
