摘要
为保障柴油机的安全稳定运行,以TBD234V6柴油机为例,通过描述故障现象,从燃油质量、供油与换气定时、增压器以及空冷器方面着手,确定导致柴油机排气温度高的主要原因。由于喷嘴环的叶片出现冲蚀磨损,扩大了喷嘴环的流通面积,降低了排气流速,降低了增压器的效率,最终引发了排气温度升高的故障。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of diesel engine,taking TBD234V6 diesel engine as an example,through describing the fault phenomenon,from the aspects of fuel quality,oil supply and air exchange timing,supercharger and air cooler,the main reasons leading to high exhaust temperature of diesel engine are determined.Due to the erosion wear of the nozzle ring blade,the flow area of the nozzle ring is expanded,the exhaust flow rate is reduced,the efficiency of the supercharger is reduced,and the exhaust temperature is eventually raised.
