摘要
针对传统人工码垛存在的劳动强度大、安全风险高、生产效率低、准确率低等问题,提供了一种高效、智能化的码垛解决方案。采用西门子S7-200 Smart可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)与ABB工业机器人,并结合以太网通信、威纶通触摸屏及变频器技术,设计了一套可以自动准备物料、拾取工具、取送物料及码垛的控制系统。经过多次调试与测试,目标盘的码垛准确率高达99%,表明该系统在提升工作效率与精确度方面表现出色,具有一定的实际应用价值与广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the problems of traditional manual palletizing,such as high labor intensity,high safety risk,low production efficiency and low accuracy,an efficient and intelligent palletizing solution is provided.Using Siemens S7-200 Smart Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and ABB industrial robot,combined with Ethernet communication,Willon touch screen and inverter technology,A control system which can automatically prepare materials,pick up tools,take and send materials and palletize is designed.After many debugging and testing,the palletizing accuracy of target disk is as high as 99%,which shows that the system has excellent performance in improving work efficiency and accuracy,and has certain practical application value and broad application prospect.
