摘要
“岗课赛证”融通育人模式是高职专业课程建设与改革的重要方向。以3D打印技术人才培养方案为例,将教学内容与行业企业中的职业标准对接,采用以证定标、以赛提技、以岗定课的方式进行人才培养。按照“岗课赛证”融通育人模式,进一步探索职业标准、教学标准、课程标准,深入开展该模式下3D打印技术专业课程的建设与改革,促进其向标准化、规范化、市场化方向发展。
“Post Course Competition Certificate”integrated education mode is an important direction of curriculum construction and reform in higher vocational colleges.Taking the 3D printing technology talent training program as an example,the teaching content is connected with the professional standards in the industry and enterprises,and the talent training is carried out in the way of qualification by certificate,skill by competition and course by post.According to the integrated education model of“Post Course Competition Certificate”,further explore professional standards,teaching standards,and course standards,in-depth carry out the construction and reform of 3D printing technology professional courses under this model,and promote its development in the direction of standardization,standardization,and marketization.
