摘要
蜜蜂残翅病毒(Deformed Wing Virus,DWV)与蜜蜂体壁寄生虫大蜂螨(Varroa destructop)联合危害是导致蜂群大蜂螨症的主要原因。目前研究显示蜜蜂残翅病毒具广泛的寄主特性并对蜜蜂属多个蜂种健康产生危害。文章回顾近年来蜜蜂残翅病的研究数据,试从病毒分子机制上阐述DWV研究取得的进展,为之后研究提供参考。
Invasion of Deformed Wing Virus(DWV)and Varroa destructor is the main cause of honey bee mite syndrome.Currently data shows that the DWV is distributed worldwide and threated to the health of honey bee specie.The paper is reviewed DWV research data recently and expounded some progress of DWV molecular mechanisms.It is wish to providing reference for future research.
