矫治系统干预对戒毒人员复吸、心瘾及注意偏向的影响

Effect of VR Intervention on MA addicts attentional bias、craving and inclination of relapse

目的:探究VR虚拟现实毒瘾评估与矫治系统干预(简称VR干预)对男性甲基苯丙胺成瘾戒毒人员(简称MA成瘾戒毒人员)注意偏向、心瘾渴求和复吸倾向的影响。方法:男性甲基苯丙胺成瘾戒毒人员120名,实验组和参照组各60例,采用实验组对照组前后测实验设计,采集戒毒人员注意偏向、修订版甲基苯丙胺渴求量表(RMCS)和复吸倾向(TRTS)量表数据进行对比分析。结果:①实验组干预后戒毒人员对于中性图片识别的正确率(F=24.516,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.170)和毒品图片识别的正确率(F=12.207,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.094)显著提高,对中性图片和毒品图片的反应时差值(F=18.806,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.137)和启动延迟的差值(F=27.603,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.190)显著降低。②实验组戒毒人员心瘾渴求(F=15.912,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.119)和复吸风险(F=21.980,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.154)较对照组显著降低。结论:VR干预不仅可以提升戒毒人员对中性和毒品图片的识别能力,降低毒品与中性图片反应时和启动延迟的差值,还能有效降低其心瘾渴求和复吸风险。

Objective:Explore the effect of VR intervention on drug addicts attentional bias、craving and inclination of relapse in a detoxification center.Methods:A total of 120 MA addicts were divided into control group and intervention group,60 in each group.Before and after test design of the experimental group and control group was taken to collect the data of attention bias,craving and inclination of relapse for comparative analysis.Results:①There were significant improvements in collection rates to the neutral(F=24.156,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.170)and drug-related(F=12.207,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.094)ones between the two groups.There were significant improvements in the deviation calculation reaction time(RT)(F=18.806,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.137)and startup latency(F=27.603,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.190)between the neutral and drug-related ones except control group.②Compared with the control group,the experimental group had significantly lower risk of craving(F=15.912,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.119)and inclination of relapse(F=21.469,P<0.001,η_(p)^(2)=0.154).Conclusion:VR intervention has a significant effect on resource allocation,craving and inclination of relapse.
