高职院校大学生入党教育提质增效工作路径研究

Study on the Approaches to Increase the Efficiency of Education for Joining the Communist Party of Higher Vocational College Students

坚持为党育人、为国育才是高职院校面临的迫切任务,落实好、贯彻好立德树人根本任务至关重要。大学生党建工作是高职院校基层党组织建设的基础性工程,把优秀大学生凝聚到党的队伍周围,对实现中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟目标具有重要的现实意义。文章以高职院校大学生入党教育为研究对象,从大学生入党教育的内容、形式、途径等方面分析存在问题,并提出“五个聚焦”工作路径。

Under the leadership of the CPC,higher vocational colleges are the cradle of skilled tal⁃ents cultivation for the Party and the State.The fundamental tasks for primary-level Party organizations in higher vocational colleges are the Party construction for students.It is of practical significance to ab⁃sorb and gather excellent students around the Party to realize the grand goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Thus,this paper takes college students’Party membership education as the re⁃search background,analyses the existing problems from the perspectives of teaching content,models and approaches in college students’Party membership education and then puts forward five suggestions to improve the quality of college students’Party membership education,aiming to improve the Party membership development and consolidate the grassroots Party construction work.
