摘要
老式压滤机采用继电器控制方式,压滤过程操作复杂繁琐,且设备故障率较高,导致排料周期长、脱水效果差,产品质量无法得到保障。针对上述问题,对隔膜式压滤机自动控制技术进行研究,设计了一套基于恒压调节的煤泥压滤智能控制系统,以实现压滤过程的实时监测与自动控制,并通过模糊PID算法对入料环节进行恒压控制,实现高质量及高效压榨。
The old-fashioned filter press adopts relay control method,which makes the operation of the filter press process complex and cumbersome,and the equipment failure rate is high,resulting in long discharge cycle,poor dehydration effect,and inability to guarantee product quality.In response to the above issues,research was conducted on the automatic control technology of the diaphragm filter press,and a coal slurry filter press intelligent control system based on constant voltage regulation was designed to achieve real-time monitoring and automatic control of the filter press process.The constant pressure control of the feeding process was achieved through fuzzy PID algorithm,achieving high-quality and efficient pressing.
