摘要
为确保异形件内孔的加工精度满足客户的要求,提升加工工艺工序的可操作性,提出了一种优化异形件内孔自动化加工的方法。该方法通过优化刀具和刀柄长度,同时在数控机床编制宏程序,实现了设备的自动化加工。经生产试制,使用该方法不仅使产品的质量达到了要求,还提升了生产效率。
To ensure that the machining accuracy of the internal hole of irregular parts meets customer requirements and improve the operability of the machining process,a method for optimizing the automated machining of the internal hole of irregular parts is proposed.This method optimizes the length of cutting tools and tool holders,while also programming macro programs on CNC machines,achieving automated machining of the equipment.Through production trial production,the use of this method not only meets the quality requirements of the product,but also improves production efficiency.
