矿用智能柔性无轨胶轮车失速拦截装置的设计研究

摘要 针对古城煤矿长距离大坡度斜井无轨胶轮车失速失控问题,设计了一种矿用智能柔性无轨胶轮车失速拦截装置。该装置集数据管理分析平台、智能控制系统、柔性拦截装置于一体,可实现对失控车辆的柔性拦截。通过有限元仿真及实车碰撞试验表明,该装置能对失速车辆拦截减速至平稳停车,可实现车辆碰撞后的精准拦截,大幅提升无轨胶轮车运输矿井的安全性,降低安全隐患。 A mine intelligent flexible trackless rubber vehicle stall interception device was designed to address the problem of runaway of long-distance and steep inclined shafts in Gucheng Coal Mine.This device integrates a data management and analysis platform,an intelligent control system,and a flexible interception device,which can achieve flexible interception of out of control vehicles.Through Finite element simulation and actual vehicle collision tests,it has been shown that the device can intercept and decelerate stalled vehicles to a smooth stop,and can achieve precise interception after vehicle collision,greatly improve the safety of trackless rubber wheeled vehicles transporting mines and reduce safety hazards.
