摘要
针对传统人工巡检选煤厂通风机存在效率较低、劳动强度大、危险系数高、成本较高等问题,分析了选煤厂通风机常见的故障类型和异常特征,提出了一种通风机智能监控技术,完成了硬件系统选型,采用模块化设计思想编写了通风机风量自主调节程序、异常自动报警程序。经应用,通风机智能监控系统实现了对风机运行参数的实时调节和控制,异常响应时间仅为1.97 s,故障识别率为97.4%,实现了对设备的远程在线监控并自动生成历史记录,取得了良好的应用效果。
In response to the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity,high danger coefficient,and high cost in traditional manual inspection of ventilation fans in coal preparation plants,this paper analyzes the common types of faults and abnormal characteristics of ventilation fans in coal preparation plants,proposes an intelligent monitoring technology for ventilation fans,completes the hardware system selection,and uses modular design ideas to write ventilation fan air volume automatic adjustment programs and abnormal automatic alarm programs.Through application,the intelligent monitoring system for ventilation fans has achieved real-time adjustment and control of operating parameters,with an abnormal response time of only 1.97 s and a fault recognition rate of 97.4%.It has also achieved remote online monitoring of equipment and automatic generation of historical records,achieving good application results.
