高职院校社会服务能力提升的调查研究--以福建卫生职业技术学院为例

摘要 以校本调查分析的方式概述高职院校社会服务实践现状,分析其社会服务能力建设中存在的“服务域”分布不均衡、能力水平不高、对教师的支持力度不大等问题。据此,针对性地提出强化激励机制建设,激发教师社会服务参与的热情;改革职称评聘办法,增强社会服务工作的吸引力;建设多功能服务平台,为教师参与社会服务提供保障;拓展对外沟通交流渠道,创造教师社会服务参与的机会等社会服务能力提升策略。 Summarized the status of social service practice in higher vocational colleges through school-based investigation and analysis,and analyzed the problems of uneven distribution of"service domains",poor ability,and insufficient support for teachers in the construction of their social service abilities.Based on this,targeted measures are proposed to strengthen the construction of incentive mechanisms and stimulate teachers'enthusiasm for social service participation,reform the methods for evaluating and appointing professional titles to enhance the attractiveness of social service work,build a multifunctional service platform to provide guarantees for teachers'participation in social services,expand external communication channels,create opportunities for teachers to participate in social services,and other strategies to enhance social service capabilities.
