摘要
以乳腺MRI影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)为例,探讨结构式报告系统在放射科规范化培训中的价值。选择重庆医科大学附属巴南医院放射科10名实习生为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,分别用结构式报告和自由式报告两种方式书写报告,对两组在研究初期和研究后期的报告进行评价,评价指标包括报告评分、失分模块、报告完成时间、受试者体验度调查等。研究显示,结构式报告可以作为一个提高放射科实习生整体专业水平的新型教学媒介,可以使实习生的诊断思维更加系统化、精细化、规范化。
Taking the Breast MRI Imaging Report and Data System(B-RADS)as an example,this study explores the value of structured reporting systems in standardized training in radiology department.10 interns from the Radiology Department of Banan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected as the research subjects and divided into an experimental group and a control group.The reports were written with both structured and open-ended reporting methods.The reports of the two groups were evaluated in the early and late stages of the study,with evaluation indicators including report score,loss of score module,date of report completion,and subject experience survey.Research has shown that structured reports can serve as a new teaching medium for improving the overall professional level of radiology interns,making their diagnostic thinking more systematic,refined,and standardized.
