个案追踪管理模式对乳腺癌化疗患者手足综合征的发生及患者生命质量、焦虑和抑郁的影响

Influence of Case Tracking Management Model on the Occurrence of Hand-Foot Syndrome and the Quality of Life,Anxiety and Depression of Patients with Breast Cancer are Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的探讨个案追踪管理模式对乳腺癌(Breast Cancer,BC)化疗后患者手足综合征(Hand-Foot Sydrome,HFS)的发生及患者生命质量和焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法选取某院2022年1—10月收治的乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者150例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各75例。两组均接受相同化疗方案和常规护理,试验组同时采用个案追踪管理模式进行随访教育。结果试验组HFS的发生率为26.67%,低于对照组的45.33%(P<0.05)。干预后试验组生理状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加关注4个方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后试验组抑郁得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用个案追踪管理模式对乳腺癌化疗患者进行随访教育,能有效降低HFS的发生率和严重程度,改善患者生命质量和抑郁情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of case tracking management model on the occurrence of Hand-Foot Syndrome(HFS)in patients with Breast Cancer(BC)after chemotherapy,as well as the quality of life,anxiety and depression of patients.Methods 150 patients with breast cancer treated with neodjuvant chemotherapy in a hospital from January to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and test group,75 cases in each group.Both groups received the same chemotherapy regimen and routine care,while the experimental group also adopted a case tracking management model for follow-up education.Results The incidence of HFS in the experimental group was 26.67%,lower than 45.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the experimental group showed better physiological,emotional,functional,and additional attention than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the depression score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The case tracking management model can effectively reduce the incidence and severity of HFS and improve the quality of life and depression of patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.
