广州市本科护生老年护理从业意向潜在剖面及影响因素分析

Potential Profile and Influencing Factors Analysis of Elderly Nursing Employment Intention among Nursing Undergraduate in Guangzhou City

目的探讨广州市本科护生老年护理从业意向类型及影响因素,为改进粤港澳大湾区老年护理教育质量提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2019年9月至2023年9月选取广州市621名本科护生为调查对象,使用一般资料调查表、老化知识量表、老人态度量表和老人照护意愿量表进行问卷调查。结果护生对老年护理从业意向存在3种类型:低从业意向型(74.6%)、中从业意向型(19.8%)、高从业意向型(5.6%)。护生的年龄、年级、修读老年护理课程、参与老人活动、老人沟通关系、老年护理工作喜好程度是老年护理从业意向分型的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年护理低从业意向型是广州市本科护生的主体类型,护理本科教育者应围绕强化老化知识、端正对老人的态度、提高老人照护意愿3个方面对老年护理教育进行综合改革,提高护理本科生老年护理的从业意向。

Objective To explore the types of intentions and influencing factors of elderly nursing among nursing undergraduates in Guangzhou City for providing accordance for improving the quality of elderly nursing education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Methods 621 nursing undergraduates in Guangzhou City were selected as survey subjects with convenience sampling method from September 2019 to September 2023.A questionnaire survey was conducted with the General Information Questionnaire,Aging Knowledge Scale,Elderly Attitude Scale,and Elderly Care Willingness Scale.Results There are three types of nursing students'intention to engage in elderly nursing:low intention to engage in nursing(74.6%),medium intention to engage in nursing(19.8%),and high intention to engage in nursing(5.6%).The age,grade,taking elderly nursing courses,participating in elderly activities,elderly communication relationships,and preference for elderly nursing work of nursing students are the influencing factors for the classification of elderly nursing employment intention(P<0.05).Conclusion The low employment intention type in elderly nursing is the main type of nursing undergraduates in Guangzhou City.Nursing educators should comprehensively reform elderly nursing education in three aspects:strengthening aging knowledge,correcting attitudes towards the elderly,and improving elderly nursing willingness,in order to enhance the employment intention of nursing undergraduate students in elderly nursing.
