中国式现代化新道路为体育产业发展提供方向指引,以体育产业高重量发展助推中国式现代化更是时代所需。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以新结构经济学为理论支撑,探究中国式现代化征程中体育产业高质量发展的基础、原则与实践方略。研究认为,基于新结构经济学的体育产业高质量发展是以要素禀赋厚植发展底色,以比较优势强化发展优势。在中国式现代化征程中体育产业高质量发展要立足于“有为政府”“有效市场”和现代产业等现实基础,其原则遵循是坚持以要素禀赋驱动升级,凸显体育产业现代特质;坚持以比较优势强关键点,转换体育产业发展优势;坚持以优先发展扬先手旗,攻克体育产业薄弱环节。并提出实践方略:把握时代需要,回应人民对美好生活的向往;构建现代体系,推动体育产业结构转型升级;秉承精准施策,引导区域与业态的协调联通;坚持创新引领,提升体育产业的自主话语权等。

The new road to Chinese path to modernization provides direction for the development of the sports industry,and it is necessary to promote Chinese path to modernization with the high-weight development of the sports industry.Using literature and logical analysis as the theoretical support,the study explores the basis,principles and practical strategies for the high-quality development of the sports industry in the process of Chinese path to modernization.The study concludes that the high-quality development of the sports industry based on the new structural economics is to strengthen the development base with factor endowments and the development advantages with comparative advantages.In the process of Chinese modernisation,the high quality development of the sports industry should be based on the realistic foundation of “competent government”,“effective market” and modern industry.The principles are to adhere to the factor endowment-driven upgrade,highlighting the modern characteristics of the sports industry;adhere to the comparative advantage of the key points,conversion of sports industry development advantages;adhere to the priority development of the flag to raise the first hand,overcome the weak links of the sports industry.And put forward practical strategies:grasp the needs of the times,respond to the people's aspiration for a better life;build a modern system,promote the transformation and upgrading of the structure of the sports industry;adhere to precise policy,guide the coordination and connection of the region and the industry;adhere to innovation to lead,enhance the independent voice of the sports industry and other practical strategies.
