博弈论视域下体教融合的现实困境、选择逻辑及实施路径

The Realistic Dilemma,the Choosing Logic and the Resolution Paths of the Integration of Sports and Education in China from the Perspective of Game Theory

体教融合是促进青少年健康发展的重要途径和历史选择。运用文献资料等方法,梳理出体教融合发展中体育系统和教育系统所处的现实困境,从博弈论的视角分析体教融合合作中“体教双方”的选择逻辑,找到造成体教融合困境的原因,提出解决问题的方法及路径。从博弈论的视域分析,长期以来“体教”融合发展的困境一直未能解决,其成因囿于体育系统和教育系统的利益诉求差异而形成的“非合作博弈(纳什均衡)”。要突破这种困境,需要体教双方从非合作博弈转入合作博弈,从而达到“帕累托最优”解。体教融合的实施路径主要包括:统一思想、调整目标,达成体教融合的最优策略共识;加强顶层设计,形成具有约束力的体教融合合作协议;建构科学的合作利益分配方式,形成体教融合激励相容机制。

It's well-known that the Integration of Sports and Education(ISE) is an important way and a historical choice to promote the healthy development of the young in China.This paper has sorted out the realistic predicament of the sports systems and the education systems in the development of the ISE,by using the methods of the literature,the field investigation and so on.One the other hand,this paper has also analyzed the choice logic of“the sports systems and the education systems”in the ISE,has found out the causes of the predicament of sports and education integration,and has put forward some methods and paths to solve the problems from the perspective of game theory.At the same time,these development dilemmas have been based on the “non-cooperative Nash equilibrium” formed by the interest demands' differences between the sports systems and the education systems.In order to solve the development dilemma of the ISE,it's necessary for both the Sports systems and the education systems to switch completely from the non-cooperative games into the cooperative games.The paths to solve the development dilemma of the ISE are as follows:to reach the optimal strategy consensus on the ISE by unifying the thinking and adjusting the goals between the sports systems and the education systems,to form the binding cooperation agreements on the ISE by strengthening the top-level designs of the State and the Government and coordinating the benefits and the relationships between all the related parties of the ISE,to form the incentive compatible mechanisms of the ISE by constructing the scientific cooperative benefit distribution methods.
