乡村振兴背景下民族地区农村社区教育发展研究——以湖南省湘西自治州为例

On the Development of Rural Community Education in Ethnic Minority Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略为民族地区农村社区教育发展提供了机遇。当前民族地区农村社区教育存在认知不高、办学模式不够系统、课程体系设置不完善、师资力量欠缺等问题,应更新民族地区农村社区教育理念,强化资金政策保障,优化课程体系建设,盘活整合教育师资力量。

The rural revitalization strategy provides opportunities for the development of rural community education in minority areas.At present,there are some problems in the minority areas,such as low education cognition in rural communities,lack of systematic education mode,imperfect curriculum system and lack of teachers.It is necessary to renew the concept of education in rural communities in ethnic areas,strengthen the policy guarantee of education funds in rural communities,optimize the construction of education curriculum system in rural communities in ethnic areas,and activate the integration of education teachers in rural communities.
