思政课教师情怀培育的逻辑生成、价值意蕴与实践路径

摘要 情怀是思政课教师的重要素养,关系着思政课落实立德树人根本任务。思政课教师的情怀养成是理论逻辑、文化逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑的有机统一,对于坚持教育的意识形态性、提升教育的人文关怀、遵循教育的发展规律具有重要意义。培育思政课教师的情怀需要以思想之旗引领思政课教师的情怀航向,以文化底蕴滋养思政课教师的情怀精神,以队伍建设夯实思政课教师的情怀基础。 Feelings is an important quality of ideological and political course teachers,which is related to the effective realization of the task of moral cultivation.The cultivation of feelings of ideological and political teachers is the organic unity of theoretical logic,cultural logic,historical logic and realistic logic,which has important value implications for adhering to the ideology of education,improving the humanistic concern of education and following the development law of education.To cultivate the feelings of ideological and political teachers,it is necessary to lead the feelings of ideological and political teachers with the banner of thought,to nourish the spirit of ideological and political teachers with cultural heritage,and to consolidate the foundation of ideological and political teachers with team construction.
