高校强化文化引领的逻辑理路、现实意义与实践路径

摘要 学习贯彻落实习近平文化思想是高校文化工作的重要任务。新时代新征程给高校提出了新的文化使命。高校要在根本遵循、行动指南、价值导向和实践原则中厘清强化文化引领的全部逻辑理路,站在落实党的教育方针和立德树人根本任务的高度,深刻认识强化文化引领的现实意义,准确把握强化文化引领的理念支撑,在师资队伍建设和人才培养工作、提升治理能力和建设一流大学、提高学术实力和增强文化辐射、特色文化建设和形象塑造传播、加强组织领导和优化支持保障中明确强化文化引领的实践路径,为推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国、建设中华民族现代文明筑牢思想根基、汇聚磅礴伟力。 The new era and new journey have posed new cultural missions for colleges and universities,and an important mission they are faced with now is to learn and carry out Xi Jinping’s cultural thought in cultural education.Therefore,they should fully understand the whole logical path of strengthening cultural leadership in fundamental adherence,action guideline,value orientation,and practical principles.To fulfil the implementation of the Party’s educational policy and the fundamental task of strengthening morality education,they should have a deep understanding of the practical significance of strengthening cultural guide,accurately grasp its theoretical support,and ensure the practice path guided by the culture in such work as the construction of teaching staff and talent cultivation,governance capability improvement,building first-class university,enhancing academic strength and cultural radiation,distinctive culture building,image shaping and communication,organizational leadership strengthening,and optimizing support and guarantee,with the aim of advancing cultural prosperity,building a cultural power,laying a solid ideological foundation and gathering magnificent forces for the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
