摘要
本文对154000 DWT穿梭油轮坞内搭载合拢阶段各分段/总段精度控制方法进行简要阐述,主要包含:双层底分段定位控制、纵横壁分段定位控制、货舱C型总段定位控制、货舱下舷侧分段定位控制、轴舵系定位控制。通过对关键工序反变形加放量进行研究,分析实际合拢精度数据,对比总结经验,修正反变形加放量值,提升了精度设计和管理水平,获得了最佳合拢成形效果,为同类型油轮建造合拢提供精度控制经验。
This paper briefly expounds the precision control methods of several types of sections and blocks of the shuttle tanker during erection in dock in our factory,mainly containing double-bottom section positioning control,and section longitudinal and transverse wall positioning control,cargo tank Type"C"block positioning control,cargo tank lower side section positioning control and the rudder-shafting system positioning control.By studying the reverse deformation increment value of key processes,analyzing the actual erection assembly precision data,comparing and summarizing experience,and correcting the reverse deformation increment value,the precision design and management level are improved,and the best erection assembly effect is obtained,so as to provide the precision control experience and technology for the construction of the same type of tanker during erection and assembly.
