摘要
桩腿、齿条板、固桩架属于自升自航式多功能平台关键结构,其建造质量对自升式平台的安全起到重要作用。本文对该自升式平台关键结构建造精度质量控制进行分析、制定措施,解决在建造过程中出现的技术质量问题,提高建造质量,取得良好的效果。研究表明:掌握与应用建造工艺特点,在生产建造过程中将有效提高自升式多功能平台的结构建造质量,为后期其他自升式平台结构建造提供借鉴。
Leg structure,rack of leg and jacking foundation structure are the most critical structure of selfelevating unit,and the construction quality is also very important to the safety of the unit.The purpose of this article is to analyze quality control,optimal selection and optimization,draft the measures,to solve and avoid technical quality problems in the construction process,to promote the improvement of construction quality and precision,and to achieve very good results.The study shows that mastering and applying the characteristics of the construction process will effectively improve the quality of the structure construction of self-elevating unit during the production and construction process,and to provide effective reference for the construction of other self-elevating unit in future.
