基于服装吊挂流水线的瓶颈工序调度

摘要 针对多数服装吊挂流水线无法实现瓶颈工序的自动判定和调度,生产效率无法有效提升的问题,提出了基于事件驱动的瓶颈工序调度策略。利用PlantSimulation软件构建了能够反映服装吊挂流水线特征的仿真模型,并对衬衫流水线进行实例验证,同时通过一系列指标来验证调度方案的可行性。研究表明,该调度方案能够应对生产系统中的不稳定和不确定性因素所带来的干扰,实现瓶颈工序的动态调度,提高生产效率和资源利用率。 Aiming at the problem that most garment hanging assembly lines could not realize the automatic determination and scheduling of the bottleneck process,and the productivity could not be effectively improved,an event-driven bottleneck process scheduling strategy was proposed.A simulation model that can reflect the characteristics of the garment hanging assembly line was constructed by using Plant Simulation software,and the shirt assembly line had been verified.A series of indicators were used to verify the feasibility of the scheduling scheme.The research shows that the scheduling scheme can cope with the disturbance caused by the unstable and uncertain factors in the production system,realize the dynamic sched-uling of the bottleneck process,and improve the production efficiency and resource utilization.
