公路隧道衬砌全断面拆换施工病害处治研究

摘要 随着隧道运营年限的增加以及不良地质和气候条件等因素影响,隧道衬砌结构性病害逐年增多。以辽宁西部地区某运营公路隧道为背景,在专项检查的基础上分析病害成因,提出全断面衬砌拆换的处治方案。采取以超前支护注浆和分段拆除恢复为核心的变形控制措施,和以锚杆注浆稳定膨胀性围岩、轻质混凝土回填背后空腔、加强初期支护和二衬为重点的恢复措施,辅以围岩压力监测、锚杆轴力监测和钢架内力监测为手段的长期监测,并论述了施工过程中的风险点和技术要点。方案可为类似工程提供经验借鉴。 With the increase of tunnel operation years and the influence of unfavorable geological and climatic conditions and so on,the structural diseases of tunnel lining have been increasing year by year.Taking an operating highway tunnel in the western region of Liaoning as the background,the causes of diseases are analyzed on the basis of special inspection,and the treatment scheme for the disassembly and replacement of the full section lining is put forward.The deformation control measures with advanced support grouting and segmented demolition restoration are adopted as the core,focusing on stabilizing the expansive surrounding rock with anchor rod grouting,backfilling the cavity behind the lightweight concrete,and strengthening the initial support and secondary lining as the key recovery measures,supplemented by long-term monitoring of surrounding rock pressure,anchor rod axial force,and internal force of steel frame,and the risk points and technical points during the construction are discussed.This scheme can provide experience and reference for similar projects.
