残渣型船用燃料油RMG380调和研究

摘要 为控制船用燃料油在燃烧过程中产生的污染,国际海事组织(IMO)于2020年1月1日起强制执行新的硫排放限制法规,将全球范围内的船用燃料油的硫含量限制在0.5%(质量分数)以下。为应对新的燃料油市场形势,中石油某炼化公司积极开展残渣型船用燃料油的调和研究。对照GB17411—2015船用燃料油标准,针对炼厂减压渣油、催化油浆、焦化蜡油、脱蜡油等低值重油进行化验分析,结合本公司炼油结构及市场行情,优选出可能用于船用燃料油RMG380的调和组分。开发公司内部条件下调和成本最低且可行的船用燃料油调和方案,根据调和方案调和出满足残渣型船用燃料油标准RMG380指标要求的产品,为工业化生产提供可行的方案。 In order to control the pollution caused by Marine fuel oil during combustion,the International Maritime Organization(IMO) has enforced the new sulfur emission restriction regulations since 1 January 2020 to limit sulphur content in marine fuel oil to less than 0.5%(mass fraction) worldwide.In order to cope with the new fuel oil market situation,a company of PetroChina actively carried out the blending research of residual marine fuel oil.According to GB 17411—2015 marine fuel oil standard,the low value heavy oil such as refinery decompressive residue,catalytic oil slurry,coking wax oil and dewaxed oil was analyzed.Combined with the company's refining structure and market conditions,the blending components for marine fuel oil RMG380 were optimized.A feasible marine fuel oil blending scheme was developed,according to the blending scheme,blended products met the requirements of the residue type marine fuel oil standard RMG380 index,which could provide a feasible scheme for industrial production.
