老年人自我忽视相关研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of related studies on self neglect of the elderly

目的 分析国内外老年人自我忽视研究现状,探讨研究热点与前沿,为未来我国开展老年人自我忽视相关研究提供参考。方法 检索WOS和CNKI收录的老年人自我忽视相关文献,检索时间为建库至2022年3月21日,运用CiteSpace V5.8.R3软件对其进行可视化分析。结果 WOS共纳入200篇相关文献,CNKI共纳入36篇。国内外整体发文量均呈上升趋势;美国为发文量最多的国家,且与发达国家合作频繁;国外主要研究机构为美国的拉什大学,国内的主要研究机构为温州医科大学;国外载文量最多的杂志是美国的《Journal of the American Geriatrics Society》(美国老年医学学会杂志)、我国载文量最多的杂志为《护理学杂志》《职业与健康》和《护理研究》;国外代表研究热点的关键词为risk(风险),国内为影响因素。结论 未来我国需要开展早期识别老年人自我忽视风险因素的研究和本土化的老年人自我忽视干预性研究。

Objective To analyze the current research status of self-neglect in the elderly at home and abroad,explore research hotspots and frontiers,and provide references for future research on self-neglect in the elderly in China.Methods The literature related to self-neglect in the elderly was retrieved from WOS and CNKI,with a search time from the establishment of the database to March 21,2022.CiteSpace V 5.8.R3 software was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 200 relevant articles were included in WOS,and 36 in CNKI.The overall publication volume at home and abroad showed an upward trend.The United States was the country with the highest number of publications,and it cooperated frequently with developed countries.The main research institution abroad was Rush University in the United States,and the main research institution at home was Wenzhou Medical University.The journal with the highest number of publications abroad was the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society(JAGS),while the journal with the highest number of publications in China was Nursing,Occupation and Health,and Nursing Research.The keywords representing research hotspots abroad were risk,while those at home were influencing factors.Conclusion In the future,China needs to carry out research on early identification of risk factors for self-neglect in the elderly and localized intervention studies on self-neglect in the elderly.
