摘要
空爆榴弹引信发射前无法自动装定,不能有效发挥该弹的对空效能。引信测合机可以在所有工况下对空爆榴弹进行自动测合,能够充分发挥空爆榴弹作战效能。而引信测合过程要求时间短、精度高、响应快、可靠性高,对引信测合机控制提出了很高的要求。论文分析了引信测合机工作原理,通过列举过去某型舰炮引信测合机工作流程及其在工作使用过程中碰到的问题,设计了两种测合方案,通过对比分析,选择了一种最优方案,在该方案基础上进一步增加了安全保护设计。针对引信测合过程中易发生的“打滑”现象,提出了一种非线性角度补偿算法,该算法通过对打滑角度进行非线性角度补偿,能够实现测合机在宽范围、高速动态响应下的准确测合,大大提高了测合精度。
The fuze of air-detonated grenade can not be bound automatically before launching,so the effectiveness of the gre⁃nade against the air can not be effectively played.The fuzy detector can automatically measure the airdetonated grenade under all working conditions,which can give full play to the operational effectiveness of airdetonated grenade.The fuze testing process re⁃quires short time,high precision,fast response and high reliability,which puts forward high requirements for the control of fuze test⁃ing machine.This paper analyzes the working principle of fuze detector,by enumerating the past work flow of a type of gun fuze de⁃tector and the problems encountered in the process of work and use,designs two kinds of measuring scheme,through comparative analysis,chooses an optimal scheme,on the basis of which further increase the safety protection design.A nonlinear angle compen⁃sation algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of"slip"in the process of fuze fitting.By compensating the slip angle,the algo⁃rithm can realize the accurate fitting under wide range and high speed dynamic response,and greatly improve the precision of fitting.
