智能时代加强劳动教育的内在逻辑与实践指向 被引量:1

摘要 智能时代加强劳动教育需遵循历史逻辑、现实逻辑和理论逻辑。中华人民共和国成立初期,突出以政治导向为主的生产劳动教育;从改革开放至党的十八大召开,劳动教育作为全面发展教育的组成部分逐渐被国家重视;党的十八大以来,劳动教育被纳入国民教育体系并被赋予新的时代内涵。新时代,随着智能技术不断渗入生产生活,劳动教育的开展面临推崇算法忽略劳动过程、网络亚文化侵蚀劳动情感、教育场域虚拟化等现实困境,这些困境进一步弱化了主体的创造性思维和劳动知能,并且使其难以形成正确劳动观念。基于劳动促进人实现全面发展的马克思主义理论逻辑,党中央将劳动教育作为中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,视其为实现立德树人总目标、培养德智体美劳全面发展接班人的有效途径。为摆脱劳动教育开展面临的一系列困境,智能时代的劳动教育要秉持全面发展理念,落实立德树人根本任务,注重劳动过程的育人属性,强化以劳动素养为主的劳动教育目标,实施线上线下相融合的方式,借助技术手段培养主体的创造性思维,树立尊重劳动、崇尚劳动的观念,在不轻视体力劳动的基础上注重脑力劳动,实现体脑并举、协同发展。 Strengthening labor education in the era of intelligence needs to follow the logic of history,reality and theory.At the early stage after the founding of the People's Republic of China,production and labor education,which was mainly politics-oriented,was highlighted;from the reform and opening up to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),labor education,as an integral part of education for comprehensive development,was gradually emphasized by the state;and since the 18th CPC National Congress,labor education has been incorporated into the national education system and given a new connotation of the times.In the new era,with the continuous penetration of intelligent technology into production and life,the development of labor education faces the difficulties including ignoring the labor process due to the promotion of algorithms,erosion of labor emotion resulted from network subculture,virtualization of the education field,etc.These dilemmas further weaken the subjects'creative thinking and labor knowledge and ability,and make it difficult for them to form a correct concept of labor.Based on the logic of Marxist theory that labor promotes the comprehensive development of human beings,the CPC Central Committee has made labor education an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,and regarded it as an effective way to realize the overall goal of cultivating virtues and developing all-rounded successors in terms of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.In order to eliminate dilemmas faced by labor education,labor education in the era of intelligence should uphold the concept of comprehensive development,implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtues,focus on the nurturing attributes of the labor process,strengthen the goal of labor education with labor literacy as the main focus,implement the online-offline integration,cultivate the subjects'creative thinking with the help of technological means,set up the concept of respecting and revering labor,and focus on mental work while not belittling physical work,so as to realize the coordinated development of body and brain.
