摘要
研究藿香紫苏饮对由酒石酸长春瑞滨所诱导的免疫力低下斑马鱼的免疫功能的调节作用。通过给斑马鱼静脉注射0.2 mg/mL酒石酸长春瑞滨诱导建立免疫力低下模型,将斑马鱼随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、藿香紫苏饮低剂量组(500μg/mL)、藿香紫苏饮中剂量组(1 000μg/mL)、藿香紫苏饮高剂量组(2 000μg/mL),每组30尾。使用荧光显微镜观察并分析各组斑马鱼巨噬细胞吞噬功能及T细胞减少的改善效果。结果表明,藿香紫苏饮高剂量组(2 000μg/mL)斑马鱼体内剩余荧光微球数量显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05);藿香紫苏饮低、中、高剂量组斑马鱼T细胞荧光强度显著高于模型对照组(P<0.01)。藿香紫苏饮具有促进斑马鱼巨噬细胞吞噬、改善T细胞减少的功效。
To study the regulatory effects of Pogostemon Perilla tea,a kind of anti-epidemic tea,on immune function of zebrafish with low immunity induced by vinorelbine tartrate.The zebrafish was intravenously injected with 0.2 mg/mL vinorelbine tartrate to induce hypoimmune model.According to random method,zebrafish were divided into normal control group,model control group,Pogostemon Perilla tea low-dose group(500μg/mL),Pogostemon Perilla tea medium-dose group(1000μg/mL),Pogostemon Perilla tea high-dose group(2000μg/mL),30 tails per group.The effect of macrophage phagocytosis and T cell quantity in low immunity with model control group,the number of residual fluorescent microspheres in Pogostemon Perilla tea high-dose group(2000μg/mL)was significantly lower than that in model control group(P<0.05).The fluorescence intensity of T cells in zebrafish in the low,medium,and high dose group of Pogostemon Perilla tea was significantly higher than that of model control group(P<0.01).Pogostemon Perilla tea has the effect of promoting macrophage phagocytosis in zebrafish and improving T cell reduction.
