摘要
本文基于OBE教育理念,阐释了新工科背景下创新创业人才在工程意识、创新精神、创新思维、科学素养、团结协作、心理素质、文化素养和自主学习8个方面的特质要求,以及工程能力、创新知识和技术能力、解决复杂工程问题能力、分析判断能力、实践和执行能力、管理和决策能力、沟通协作能力、抗风险和抗挫折能力8种能力要求,并提出教育培养的路径方法,为新工科人才培养的目标定位、毕业要求和教育教学提供借鉴和参考。
Based on OBE′s educational philosophy,this paper expounded on the 8 characteristics requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship ability training of emerging engineering education,including engineering consciousness,innovation spirit,innovation thinking,scientific literacy,teamwork cooperation,psychological quality,cultural literacy,and autonomous learning,as well as 8 ability requirements,including engineering ability,innovation knowledge,and technical ability,the competence of solving complex engineering problems,analysis and judgment ability,practice and implementation ability,management,and decision-making ability,communicative and coordinate ability,risk and frustration resistance ability.Moreover,the path and method of education and training also have been proposed,which will provide a reference for the orientation of talents education,graduation requirements,and education and teaching of emerging engineering education.
