摘要
城市地下管网由于建设时间较长、施工质量等各方面的因素,部分管道出现一些功能性损坏,容易引发污水溢流、城市内涝及路面下沉等问题,严重影响了城市市容、交通安全和城市污水厂的进水水质。文章采用CCTV、QV和人工的方法对南通海安市总长77.55km市政道路污水主管网进行检测,发现管道存在结构性缺陷1164处、功能性缺陷369处。基于监测结果,对不同缺陷的管道进行紫外光固化、局部树脂固化、裂管法、开挖、清障等方法修复,达到优化污水管网输送能力、解决污水渗漏等问题,以及提高污水厂进水水质的目的。
Due to the long construction time,construction quality and other factors of the urban underground pipe network,some pipelines have ruptures,deformations and other structural and functional damage,which can easily lead to sewage overflow,urban waterlogging and road surface sinking,which seriously affects the urban appearance,traffic safety and the inlet water quality of urban sewage plants.This paper describes in detail the use of CCTV,QV to detect the 77.55km municipal road sewage main network in Hai’an City,Nantong City.1164 structural defects,369 functional defects are found.According to the detection results,the pipeline with different defects is cured by ultraviolet light,local resin curing,cracking method,excavation,obstacle removal and other repairs,in order to optimize the transmission capacity of the sewage pipe network,and to solve the problem of sewage leakage and other problems,and to improve the water quality of the sewage plant.
