摘要
对发电企业而言,分散控制系统(DCS)是火电机组的“神经中枢”,渗透在锅炉、汽机、发电机等所有设备的各个角落,监测设备工艺流程的各项参数,控制设备运行,进行数据分析。文章针对相应的DCS控制系统工程改造进行了详细阐述,并对其未来的发展和完善做了基本研究判断,基于实际理念和相关数据检测,最后对DCS控制系统工程改造提出解决措施。
For power generation enterprises,distributed control system(DCS)is the“nerve center”of thermal power units.It permeates every corner of all equipment such as boilers,steam turbines,generators,etc.,monitors various parameters of equipment process flow,controls equipment operation,and conducts data analysis.Therefore,this paper gives a detailed explanation of the corresponding DCS control system engineering transformation,and makes a basic research judgment on its future development and improvement.Based on the actual concept and relevant data detection,it finally proposes solutions to the DCS control system engineering transformation.
