盘扣式脚手架在高支模施工过程中的BIM仿真应用

摘要 承插型盘扣式脚手架被广泛应用于建筑高支模施工中,具有承载能力大、安全稳定性高等优势。但在实际施工过程中,复杂的建筑结构形式增加了盘扣式脚手架的搭设难度,随着BIM技术在建筑行业应用中的普及,大大降低了建筑施工的难度。文章以枣庄科教创新示范园项目为研究对象,利用BIM技术代替传统平面排布,提前进行盘扣架模拟搭设,形成直观准确的三维模型,减小施工管理难度,提高施工效率,解决安全隐患。 The socket type buckle type scaffolding is widely used in the construction of high formwork in buildings,with the advantages of large bearing capacity,high safety and stability.However,in the actual construction process,the complex form of building structure increases the difficulty of setting up buckle type scaffolding.With the popularization of BIM technology in the construction industry,it greatly reduces the difficulty of building construction.Based on this,this article takes the Zaozhuang Science and Education Innovation Demonstration Park project as the research object,uses BIM technology to replace traditional plane layout,simulates the installation of buckle frames in advance,forms an intuitive and accurate three-dimensional model,reduces construction management difficulty,improves construction efficiency,and solves safety hazards.
