文章从总体趋势、专利类型、技术领域、申请人等多个角度分析了湖北省2012—2021年的失效专利状况,通过数据挖掘和对比,分析不同类型专利和不同主体专利权人的专利失效影响因素,为专利维持时间和失效风险的预测提供依据,并提出合理的建议。

This paper analyzes the invalid patent status of Hubei Province(2012-2021)from multiple angles such as trends,patent types,technical fields,and applicants.Through data mining and comparison,it analyzes the factors affecting the invalidation of different types of patents and different subject patentees.It provides a basis for predicting the maintenance time and invalidation risk of patents and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
