摘要
在传统学校时空框架与教育改革的矛盾愈发凸显之际,美国学校时间改革提供了值得借鉴的经验。美国学校时间改革以提高教育质量和扩大学校教育公共价值为目的,围绕数量革命和质量革命展开,最终落脚于支持持续深度学习和满足个性化学习需求。一系列改革措施促进美国的时间观念发生了根本性转变。学校时间改革的结果似乎表明,在大多数情况下改良时间结构比延长时间数量更有利于提高教育质量,并且只有当学校时间改革与课程、教学法、教师和评价方式等改革相联系时,真正的教育改革才会发生。
At the contradiction between the traditional school time-space framework and educational reform becomes increasingly prominent,the experience of school time reform in American schools has provided valuable lessons.The aim of American school time reform is to improve the quality of education and expand the public value of school education.It revolves around a revolution in both quantity and quality,ultimately focusing on supporting sustained,in-depth learning and meeting individualized learning needs.A series of reform measures have led to a fundamental shift in the American perception of time.The results of school time reform seem to indicate that,in most cases,improving the time structure is more conducive to enhancing the quality of education than merely extending the amount of time.Furthermore,real educational reform only occurs when school time reform is linked with changes in the curriculum,teaching methods,teachers,and evaluation methods.
