青岛历史城区保护提升与老旧小区更新的统筹策略研究

Study on the Overall Planning Strategies for the Protection and Improvement of Historical Blocks and the Renewal of Old Residential Areas in Qingdao

通过本次研究,针对历史城区中“老城与住区”在功能和规划上的矛盾,从住宅和城区两个方面分别讨论了各自的规划需求,并进而从二者统筹兼顾的视角提取了彼此交叠的三项策略:“空间统筹”“功能统筹”“年龄统筹”。并认为应妥善处理好历史城区保护与老旧小区更新的平衡、城市公建配套要对外与社区内聚要封闭的平衡、老旧小区公共服务设施不同年龄段人群使用的平衡等关系。

Through this study,in view of the contradiction between the functions and planning of“old town and residential area”in the historical urban area,the respective planning requirements are discussed from the two aspects of residential and urban areas,and the“conservative surgery”idea,and then three overlapping strategies are extracted by taking both into consideration:“spatial planning”,“functional planning”and“age planning”.It is also believed that the relationship between“the balance between the protection of historical urban areas and the renewal of old residential areas”,“the balance between the external integration of urban public buildings and the community cohesion”,and“the balance between the use of public service facilities in old residential areas by people of different ages”should be properly handled.
