EOD模式下城市滨水空间开发路径研究——以简阳市沱江两岸为例

Research on the Development Path of Urban Waterfront Space under EOD Model:A Case of the Two Banks of Tuo River in Jianyang City

在生态文明建设过程中,如何正确处理生态保护与经济发展的关系是必须认真研究的重要课题。滨水空间作为居民重要的生产、生活和生存空间,是生态文明建设的重要抓手。目前,不少城市在开发中由于生态地位缺失,出现空间被蚕食、环境遭破坏、发展动力匮乏等问题,传统的开发模式已难以应对日益复杂的问题和满足高质量发展的需求,需要更为科学的理念来引导滨水空间的开发,构建人与自然和谐共生的格局。以生态引领为导向的EOD模式,为城市滨水空间开发提供了全新的思路。本研究运用EOD模式的理念原理,分析当下滨水空间发展的深层次问题,并以简阳市沱江两岸为例,提出滨水空间开发策略。

In the process of ecological civilization construction,how to correctly handle the relationship between ecological protection and economic development is an important issue that must be carefully studied.As an important production,living and survival space for residents,the waterfront space is an important grasp for the construction of ecological civilization.At present,due to the lack of space position,environmental damage,lack of development momentum and other problems in the process of development in many cities,it is difficult for the traditional development model to cope with the increasingly complex problems and to meet the needs of high-quality development.Thus,a more scientific concept is required to guide the development of waterfront space,and to promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.The EOD model,which is oriented by ecological leadership,provides a new way for the development of urban waterfront space.This paper uses the concept principle of EOD model to analyze the deep-rooted problems of waterfront space development nowadays,and then proposes waterfront space development strategies by taking the two banks of Tuo River in Jianyang City as an example.
