未预留换乘条件的换乘车站方案研究——以中胜站为例

摘要 城市在发展,轨道交通线网在优化,规划在调整,未预留换乘条件的换乘车站日益增多,如何解决未预留换乘条件带来的既有站改造,小规模既有站如何应对换乘客流的冲击,如何实现更优的换乘方案,是轨道交通建设所需要思考的问题。南京地铁中胜站既有站存在未预留换乘条件、公共区空间狭小、现状早晚高峰拥堵严重、既有站变形报警和周边地质差等问题,中胜站采用局部暗挖零距离下穿既有线,实现两线公共区平接、十字形厅-台换乘方案,成功实现了在复杂地质条件下的车站换乘设计和建设问题。该车站对同类型换乘车站具有参考价值。 With the development of the city and the optimization and planning adjustments of urban rail transit network,the transfer stations without reserved transfer conditions has continued to increase.How to solve the existing station transformation brought by the unreserved transfer conditions,how to cope with the impact of the transfer flow of the small-scale existing stations,and how to achieve a better transfer scheme is a problem that needs to be thought of in the construction of rail transit.The existing station of Nanjing Metro Zhongsheng Station has many problems,such as the absence of pre-reserved transfer conditions,limited public space,severe congestion during peak hours,structural deformation warnings in the existing station,and poor geological conditions in the surrounding area.Zhongsheng station implemented a local tunneling approach with zero distance under the existing line,achieving a seamless connection between the two lines and introducing a transfer plan at the cross hall to the platform.This successful project tackled the complexities of station transfer design and construction under challenging geological conditions.This station is a reference for interchange stations of the same type.
