摘要
为实现“3060双碳”目标,我国提出城市发展需要效率与质量并重。在“紧凑城市”理论指导下,如何在有限的城市用地中优化绿地系统布局,提升城市绿地系统的生态效益和社会效益,是本研究的主要目的。以南京市中心区绿地可达性的分析为例,利用ArcGIS平台对数据的处理运算,实现对城市目前的绿地建设及使用效率进行评估。为今后新区建设或城市更新在优化绿地布局方面找到方向,为建设紧凑型城市在空间规划等方面提供参考,让这些城市绿地真正为居民所用,发挥城市空间的聚集效应,有效提升城市居民的生活品质。
In order to achieve the goal of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,the state proposes to focus on both efficiency and quality.Under the guidance of the“compact city”theory,how to optimize the layout of the green space system in the limited urban land and to improve the ecological and social benefits of the urban green space system is the purpose of this paper.Taking the analysis on the accessibility of green space in the downtown area of Nanjing as an example,the ArcGIS platform is used to process the data to evaluate the current green space construction and utilization efficiency of the city.In order to find the direction for the optimization of green space layout in the current construction of new district or urban renewal in the future,the paper provides a reference for the construction of compact cities in space planning,so that these urban green spaces can truly be used by residents to give play to the agglomeration effect of urban space,and to effectively improve the quality of life of urban residents.
