在信息化社会的影响下,城市历史街区面临着地域特色流失、建筑样式趋同以及无法满足市民精神情感需求等问题,导致民众街巷生活质量下降。为解决这些问题,本文提出将治愈性场所理论融入城市更新设计中,对历史街区进行改造和提升。本文首先阐述了治愈性场所的相关理论和历史街区在城市更新中的困境及其价值,然后探讨了如何将治愈性场所理念融入城市更新策略,以推动建设和发展具有地方特色和文化魅力的历史街区。通过满足市民的精神情感需求和提高街巷生活质量,城市历史街区可以焕发出新的活力,为城市更新进程贡献力量。

Under the influence of the information society,urban historic districts are facing problems such as the loss of regional characteristics,the similarity of building styles,and the failure to meet the spiritual and emotional needs of citizens,resulting in a decline in the quality of life in neighborhoods.To address these issues,this article proposes integrating healing place theory into urban renewal design to transform and upgrade historic districts.It first elaborates on the theory of healing places and the challenges and value of historic districts in urban renewal.Then it explores how to integrate healing place theory into urban renewal strate-gies to promote the establishment and development of healing places with local characteristics and cultural charm.By meeting the spiritual and emotional needs of citizens and improving the quality of life in neighborhoods,urban historic districts can revitalize and contribute to the urban renewal process.
