摘要
借助自我意识量表和沙盘游戏,探究了193名不同意识倾向的大学生初始沙盘特征及其差异.研究结果表明:(1)高自我意识组大学生在移动沙具频率(p<0.05)和动沙频率上显著高于低自我意识组(p<0.001).(2)高自我意识组与低自我意识组大学生在沙具选择方面不存在显著差异.(3)高自我意识组和低意识组在自我像呈现方面有显著性差异(p<0.01),其中低自我意识组的虚拟自我像呈现频率显著高于高自我意识组.因此,高校心理健康工作者在面对不同意识倾向的大学生时,可依据其初始沙盘中移动沙具频率、动沙频率、自我像呈现特征进行分析,以揭示潜在问题.
Using the self-awareness scale and sandplay,this paper explored the initial sandplay characteristics and differences of 193 college students with different levels of self-awareness.Results showed that:(1)College students in the high self-awareness group had significantly higher frequencies of moving sand figures(p<0.05)and manipulating sand than those in the low self-awareness group(p<0.001).(2)There was no significant difference in the selection of sand figures between the high and low self-awareness groups.(3)There was a significant difference in self-image presentation between the high and low self-awareness groups(p<0.01),with the low self-awareness group showing a significantly higher frequency of virtual self-image presentation than the high self-awareness group.Therefore,when dealing with college students with different consciousness tendencies,mental health workers in universities can analyze the frequencies of moving sand figures,manipulating sand,and self-image presentation characteristics in their initial sandplay to reveal potential problems.
